These Terms govern your use of Claude Watermark Remover at claudewatermark.online. By using the website, creating an account, or purchasing a plan or credit pack, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The text tool performs a local, rules-based rewrite of supported wording patterns in text you own or are authorized to edit. It can help revise formulaic phrasing sometimes described as a Claude watermark, but it does not detect authorship, guarantee that a statistical watermark or AI detector signal has been removed, or preserve meaning perfectly. You must review and edit the revised draft.
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms and must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for your account credentials and for reviewing any output before use.
You may use the service only on text you own or have permission to modify. You must not use it to infringe copyright, remove attribution unlawfully, misrepresent authorship, facilitate academic or professional dishonesty, evade platform or legal controls, distribute malware, attack the service, automate abusive traffic, or violate applicable law or another person's rights.
Where paid features are offered, checkout may be provided by Stripe or PayPal. Prices, currency, billing interval, included credits, and renewal terms are shown before you approve payment. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred unless the checkout terms expressly say otherwise.
A provider payment status alone does not complete delivery. We treat a purchase as complete only after the signed payment event is verified, the order is recorded, and the purchased entitlement is granted. If that process fails, contact support and do not submit duplicate payments.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Taxes, foreign-exchange charges, and bank fees may depend on your location and provider.
You retain rights in the text you process. Because core processing is local, you do not grant us a license to upload or store that text. The website software, branding, documentation, and original site materials remain owned by Claude Watermark Remover or its licensors. These Terms do not give you rights to our trademarks or source code.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Browser support, output format, limits, prices, and features may change. We may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, investigate abuse, or perform maintenance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. We do not promise that a revised draft will be classified as human-written, pass an AI detector, preserve every nuance, be accepted by a platform, or be suitable for a specific academic, legal, or commercial use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claude Watermark Remover is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected service during the previous twelve months. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abusive use, security risk, non-payment, or legal necessity. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by laws applicable to Claude Watermark Remover, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts or dispute-resolution bodies with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes. This section should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch in any jurisdiction that requires a specified governing law, venue, arbitration clause, or business address.
We may update these Terms and will post the new effective date here. Material changes apply prospectively where required by law.
